ADHD Teacher Training is the second most important component of our ADHD training. Given the state of some of the parenting, teachers are probably the most important adult figure in an ADHD child´s life!
Having trainied over 7 000 teachers in all nine provinces in South Africa with great success we have developed a fourteen-module course that provides a thorough understanding of the condition, but critically how to manage the condition in the classroom.
In formal teacher training ADHD is perhaps given a passing mention, which is a shame given that every school class probably has around 6% of the students who have ADHD,
We have some innovative and flexible ways for overworked and time-stretched teachers to do this course without having to work weekends or in their school holidays.
