Parent Training is the the most important aspect of training for those who live alongside ADHD. The compelling reason for this is that ADHD has the second highest heritability score after height.
Four out of five children who have ADHD have at least one parent with the condition. Therefore it stands to reason that if you train the parents about how to manage their ADHD children, they won´t - at the very least - undo whatever treatment or coaching that their children are getting.
The first version of our Parenting course was launched way back in 2003, and it is now available as 12-module course that can be done on line, or you can organise a small group and the course can be done in a home.
The big advantage of the small group method especially the ‟in-home” version is that a strong bond develops between the participants, some last lasting for years.
