A Brief Introduction
Dave and Pat Pughe-Parry have ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and we were both in our late 40s when diagnosed.
For the past 20 years Dave, an ADHD Coach, has devoted his life to helping those with, or living and working alongside ADHD, to understand this complex condition and manage it in the most effective way using a multi-disciplinary treatment process.
There is no magic cure.
We have traveled South Africa training more than 7 000 educators and medical professionals and helping more than 1 000 adults and families.
We have organised our own conferences and Dave was a popular guest speaker at NAPTOSA, ISASA Proudly Primary, and ADHASA conferences.

Dave’s ADHD Coaching Clients are scattered around the world and he works with them via Zoom.
Dave and Pat settled in Roosevelt Park 5 years ago.
For Dave it is like coming home. He was the very naughty boy, who drove his teachers crazy, at Roosevelt High, matriculating in 1971.
What we offer
Although we no longer travel far, we are offering to schools in the area a one hour ADHD Overview talk to educators and parents and anyone interested in learning about ADHD, .
There is no cost for this talk. Schools sometimes choose to charge a small fee but that is not paid to us.
