Someone who has ADHD. This acronym is preferred to the rather clumsy "ADHDer." Also, there positivty on the word "add" that ofsets the negative connotations of "Deficit" and "Disorder." |

Distraction Desert |
A name for a place we go to when distracted |

Confusion Canyon |
A place we end up in bouncing between reality and a place of distraction |

Botheration Bay |
The name of a place we find ourselves in after we committ an act of annoying or aggravating somebody |

Befuddlement Beach |
The name of a beautiful beach where we bewildered and/or confused |

Pandemonium Pond |
The name of a formerly pond of tranquility after an ADDer tries to fix something that is not broken |
|
Vexation Volcano |
The state of being annoyed, frustrated, or worried to such a degree that the volcano is about to erupt |

Hubbub Headland |
The huge amoint of cluttering noise that drowns out any clarity of thought |

We live in a technology filled fast paced world filled with distraction. Our attention span is often reduced to a couple of minutes even if we don't have ADHD.
Non-ADHD people are aware they are distracted and are able to re-focus themselves. Those with ADHD are often not aware that they have been distracted.
Much of our distraction is in our thoughts and we get so wrapped up in the movies we are making in our heads, it becomes very difficult to come back to earth.
